The hedging mechanisms are designed to seek alignment with underlying values but:

• Hedging performance is subject to market volatility, liquidity conditions, counterparty risk, regulatory changes, and operational risk.
• There is no guarantee that hedging will fully protect against market losses or tracking errors.
• Hedging mechanisms may fail in extreme market conditions, unforeseen events, or force majeure circumstances.

The regulatory environment for digital assets, stablecoins, and payment platforms is rapidly evolving. Changes in laws, regulations, or enforcement actions may:

• Service interruptions, hardware failures, or internet outages.
• Irrecoverable loss of access due to loss of private keys, passwords, or authentication failures.

Hedging operations may involve third-party institutions, custodians, exchanges, or liquidity providers. Failure of any such third party may:

• Disrupt normal operations.

• Digital assets issued by Paywaz are not insured by any government entity, including but not limited to the FDIC, SIPC, or any similar deposit protection scheme.
• In the event of insolvency, technological failure, or security breach, there may be limited or no recourse.

8️ Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any tax liabilities associated with your use of Paywaz services, including but not limited to:

• Income tax
• Capital gains tax
• Transaction reporting obligations

Paywaz does not provide tax advice and does not report on your behalf unless legally required.

9️ Legal Limitations
